I finally got the script done. Working on the storyboards next (they'll be out by the end of this week).
Here's the script:

Ryu: PANT PANT.
Sagat: LAUGHS. You couldn't even beat me at your own game! You're the main character, and I was a side character, but you still couldn't beat me! LAUGHS.
Ryu: Friggn' D-PAD...

Narrorator: An so it begins.- Ryu had never lost so badly in Street Fighter II, for he had been the main character.-He had lost to all of the people he had dominated.---Even...HIM.-
Dan: YAHOOO! EAT MY DUST RYU!
Narrorator: The time had come. Unable to cope with his uncontrollable anger, Ryu took to the streets in order to get rid of it. This is the story of-STREET FIGHTER: RYU'S BAD DAY!
STREET SOUNDS
Ryu: Hmmmm...
Street guy: Hello sir, would you like to buy some-
Ryu: SHORYUKEN!
Street guy: GUAAH!
Townspeople: GASP!
Ryu: HADOKEN! HADOKEN! HADOKEN!
Townspeople: AAARGH!!! OMIGOD!!!
Dan: Ryu, you don't have to-
Random person: MY BABY!!!
Dan: Never mind...
Ryu: PANT PANT.
Akuma: You've done well. But can you beat the master in a game of his choosing?
Ryu: Bring it on, old man!!!
Akmua: Very well...the game is:...
Ryu: HEARTBEAT SOUND.
Akuma: TEKKEN 3!!!
Ryu: NOOOOOOOOO!!!!! NONONONONONONOOOOOOO!!!!! NooooooOOOOOOOOOOoooooooo!!!!
Akuma: Uh...Ryu?
Ryu: AARRRRGH!!! WAHAHAHAHAHAHAAANOOOOOO!!!!
Akuma: Ryu! Stop it!
Ryu: AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!
Akuma: Oh for the love or-HADOKEN!
Ryuy: NOOOOOOOO-GACK!
